MacPractice EMR

Is anyone using MacPractice EMR in daily practice? I bought it and plan to use it but haven't had a lot of time to sit down and figure it out. I'm impressed with the ability to customize it to what I want as far as the forms are concerned. I'm trying to envision how to integrate it into my workflow, with M.A. input and inputting prescriptions, etc. I'm very interested in how other offices are putting it to use.
