Just read this review about iMedicor.

They say it is like a HIPAA compliant social networking site for doctors that allows for secure transfer of patients data and charts. It sounds like it has potential. They say it intergrates with office EMR, but I didn't see a list of them. It might work to translate the hospital info into the office system.
