Pathology iPhone app

I found a link to Interpath among a list of the most expensive iPhone apps. It look very interesting. It allows pathologists to let their colleagues to look at slides over a local network. I know in radiology we frequently have others take a quick look at difficult or interesting cases. Although it needs a server, and if they have that then they are probably already connected. It is still neat though.
