ACR mammography guidelines

With all the recent controversy over mammography recommendations, I thought I would post the American College of Radiology (ACR) guidelines for mammography. Unfortunately they have them locked behind the Journal of the American College of Radiology's (JACR) pay wall. (Elsevier at that). I thought that the purpose of medicine was to improve the health of our patients, so does it make sense to lock up information that helps physicians care for their patients behind a pay wall?
