Software for CBT practice

Hi I am new to this forum and I am new to Mac as well.
I am just about to open cbt practice with my partner just wondering what software can you recommend for uk
Or maybe you would recommend to design software myself ( I mean to rent company to do so)
However if there is anything ready on the market I would love to use it.
I searched google however there is not many Mac software for cbt/psychology
