Cost for IT staffing

How hard is it to find good IT staff who knows the Mac? In my town, IT services are basically 99.99% windows. Personally, I've just done all of it myself through the years, but sometimes, it would be nice to have someone else to fix any issues (especially the simple ones) so that I can continue to see patients. How much on average does IT support cost? |
