Setting up the office

I have 3 exam rooms and an office with my desk.  I also have a work station just outside my exam rooms next to where my nurse works.

I'm trying to decide what would be the best set up for a Mac-based network.  A new iMac in my office as a server for something like SpringCharts, and carry a laptop to each individual room?  Or have an iMac in each individual room?  Or use a Mac Mini in each individual room?

What are you all doing in your practices?  Thanks-
