mac helpmate

I've come across a very interesting and enormously helpful application called Mac HelpMate. I've only used is a small amount, but it certainly makes "distance" tech support for family and friends nearly idiot proof. An application for this, which I intend to use in the office, is to remote in for tech support to the staff when out of the office (that is until I can afford a "true" tech support person.
